From Medicine to Industry
My journey began as a Medical Doctor (MD), graduating from Shivaji University in 2000. I spent nearly a decade in private practice, developing strong emergency response, analytical, governance and risk decision-making capabilities. These skills proved directly transferable when I transitioned into Health, Safety and Environment leadership.

Today, I stand at the intersection of deep domain expertise in HSE and the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence. My mission is to leverage AI, machine learning and intelligent automation to move beyond reactive compliance and build truly predictive safety cultures.
